Assistant Manager – Strategies & Operations



Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute and manage communication workflows across

    Email and WhatsApp

    , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of marketing and service messages.
  • Maintain and optimize client data and activity pipelines within

    Zoho CRM.

  • Create dashboards and performance reports to track client interactions, campaign outcomes, and sales activity.
  • Implement and experiment with

    AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, automation platforms)

    to improve content, design, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and client engagement plans.
  • Support execution of lead generation initiatives via automated and manual digital touchpoints.
  • Participate in planning and deploying LinkedIn and email marketing automations for targeted outreach.
  • Contribute to presentation decks and internal process documentation to streamline client communication.
  • Assist in data management, reporting, and insights generation to support management decisions.


Qualification, Skills, and Traits:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience

    in digital operations, CRM management, or strategy support.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Zoho CRM

    and platforms like Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with

    AI-driven tools

    for content generation, marketing automation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in

    MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

    knowledge of graphic/design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.
  • Creative, tech-savvy, and process-driven mindset.
