Profile

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Executive to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives, partnering with business teams, and supporting strategic HR operations. The individual must have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience working in an HRBP role.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering:

  • Serve as a key HR contact for designated business units, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, resolve people issues, and support organizational growth.
  • Support and drive employee engagement, performance management, retention, and development strategies.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:


  • Leverage Excel and HR data to generate insights, dashboards, and reports on headcount, attrition, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
  • Support workforce analytics and assist in preparing monthly/quarterly HR reports for leadership reviews.
  • Identify trends and proactively recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Support and manage the employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, etc.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

4. Performance & Talent Management:

  • Support the annual goal setting, mid-year, and year-end performance review processes.
  • Assist in succession planning, talent calibration, and career development initiatives.

5. Stakeholder Management:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, business managers, and other HR CoEs (Recruitment, L&D, Payroll, etc.).
  • Facilitate effective communication and resolution of employee queries and concerns.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Charts, Data Analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in handling employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing HR dashboards and analyzing HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HRMS platforms (Preferably Keka) and HR processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in an IT/technology or service-based organization is a plus
