Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Closing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Closing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring smooth closings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage the closing process for real estate transactions from contract to settlement. Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys to ensure all necessary documents and paperwork are completed accurately and on time. Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents to identify any discrepancies or issues. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise during the closing process. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the closing process. Coordinate scheduling of closing meetings and facilitate signings. Prepare settlement statements and coordinate funds transfer. Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to each transaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Proven experience in real estate sales closing or transaction coordination. Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: Real Estate License or relevant certification. Experience working with real estate attorneys, lenders, and title companies. Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
