Objective:

The AI Developer will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to design, develop, and implement solutions that address complex business challenges. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive innovation through AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Development:

- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.

- Implement machine learning pipelines and workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

2. Data Analysis and Preprocessing:

- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and augmentation to prepare for model training.

3. Model Evaluation and Optimization:

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.

- Optimize models for accuracy, speed, and resource utilization.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

5. Research and Innovation:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

- Experiment with new technologies and methodologies to continually improve processes and outcomes.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

- Document AI workflows, model specifications, and development processes.

- Prepare regular reports on project progress and results.

7. Team Player:

- Work with a team to deliver mission critical projects in a timely fashion.

- Take up challenges and try to come with innovative solutions collaboratively.

- Educate new team Members if they are unaware of any new or existing advancements in the field of AI.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

- Proven experience in AI development (Vision and NLP).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, RAG, Langchain, OLLAMA etc).

- Deployed Models on Production systems with MLOps experience.

- Worked deeply with Gen-AI models and optimized the same.

- Experienced in Agile way of working in a goal-based environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Review and Evaluation:
