Job Description

Role Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize system functionalities. Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders. Create and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements effectively. Design system solutions based on business requirements. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies in current systems. Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the rollout of new systems. Resolve issues and provide troubleshooting support for system problems. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies in system design. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Monitor project progress and report on potential risks and mitigation strategies. Maintain an expert-level knowledge of business systems and their applications. Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst. Proven experience in gathering and articulating business requirements. Strong understanding of business process modeling and system design. Experience in project management methodologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices. Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools. Understanding of database management and data modeling techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Certification in Business Analysis or related area is a plus. Willingness to learn new technologies and tools as required.
