Roles & Responsibilities

• ● Design, build, and maintain real-time audio communication pipelines using WebSockets, Redis, and Django Channels.
  

• ● Integrate and optimize Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines for high-performance, low-latency communication.
  

• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Large Language Models (LLMs) (like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into dynamic conversational flows.
  

• ● Continuously monitor, test, and debug production systems to maintain high system uptime and low error rates.
  

• ● Conduct R&D-style experiments to validate new tools, frameworks, or model integrations — from Whisper to Eleven Labs.
  

• ● Write clean, modular, well-documented code, and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
