Vice President – Solutions Delivery will work with product managers, team leads, support personnel, and third-party vendors to ensure quality and delivery SLAs are consistently maintained. Vice President – Solutions Delivery will represent the company with customers, prospective customers, including presentations at tradeshows to discuss technology direction.

Responsibilities

• Looking for a leader with vision and the ability to guide and motivate team members
• Comprehend product vision, deliver product and feature roadmaps, and provide overall leadership and day-to-day management for a team of software development professionals.
• Work closely with the Product Management, Business Development, and Operations team and enable them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a rapid pace
• Design leadership responsibilities include system architecture definition, database design/review, system specification, technical documentation, vendor relations, debug and validation management, and customer-facing roles.
• Technical responsibilities include periodic code reviews, joint design/application development discussions, daily status reviews, time/cost estimation, and project management.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk management plans, quality goals, and lead the team to successfully deliver them. Identify and drive improvements in the development process that facilitates quality, customer experience, schedule, and cost improvements.
• Work with customers and third-party vendors on hardware configuration and security policies to ensure scalable, secure hardware infrastructure.
• Represents the Software development function in project meetings, user groups and other customer meetings as necessary.
• Create clear career paths for team members and help them grow with regular & deep mentoring.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and share and seek feedback.
• Set up best practices for development and champion their adoption and at the same time Architect & design technically robust, flexible, and scalable solutions
• Perform well in uncertainties and collaborate and work with unclear interfaces to other teams in our rapidly evolving organizations
• Strong knowledge of version control and release management of application and databases in a product environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in a senior technology role with a SaaS product-based Technology Company.
• Minimum ten (10) years software development and five (5) years in a team lead or managerial role in Microsoft. NET/SQL Server Environment, AWS, Cloud, Mobile technologies like Flutter, API First thinking.
