UI Developer - HTML/CSS

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated UI Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HTML, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, and should excel at building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance user interfaces. The role also requires experience in UI debugging, performance optimization, and familiarity with design tools like Figma.

Responsibilities

In addition, the candidate should have exposure to logging and monitoring tools such as Quantum Metrics, Splunk, and Grafana, with an understanding of UI performance engineering and security best Responsibilities :

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable and responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Modular CSS.
• Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Implement unit tests and support testing activities to ensure code quality.
• Perform UI debugging, troubleshoot cross-browser issues, and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Utilize Redux for state management across large-scale applications.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers in an agile development
  

environment.

• Ensure front-end applications are monitored and debugged effectively using tools like Quantum Metrics,
  

Splunk, and Grafana.

• Drive UI performance optimization and proactively address UI security concerns and Skills & Qualifications :
  

Primary (P1)

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/Modular CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Experience in writing unit tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.
• Hands-on experience in debugging UI issues and using browser DevTools.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data.
• Ability to read and implement UI designs from Figma or similar tools.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, and efficient (P2) :
• Experience with UI performance monitoring and tuning techniques.
• Exposure to logging and monitoring tools such as Quantum Metrics, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Awareness of front-end security best practices and secure coding principles.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and SEO fundamentals is a to Have :
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment.
• Exposure to micro frontend architecture or large-scale UI systems.
