The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and a deep understanding of the Ayurveda/wellness industry. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors. Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Ayurveda products. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Take corrective actions to address any gaps in performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda products, their benefits, and usage. Train the sales team on product features, competitive advantages, and selling techniques. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track progress. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness industry. At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Deep understanding of Ayurveda products and their market dynamics.
