As a Technical Recruiter at Convergix Automation Solutions, each day brings exciting challenges and rewarding experiences. A typical day might include the following activities:

What qualifies you for this opportunity?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources / Masters in Human Resources, or a related field of 4 to 7 years experiences.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in automation, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including:
  • Automation design and engineering principles’
  • CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor).
  • Siemens, PLC, Allen-Bardely, ControlLogix.
  • Process Simulate, Robotic Simulation and Virtual Commissioning
  • Mechanical systems design and material handling systems.
  • Industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical talent effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple recruitment pipelines.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, talk and hear.
• Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally lifts or move up to 25 pounds
