Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipProvide hands-on technical expertise and guide teams through feature development and implementation.Enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, and design principles to ensure delivery excellence.POD-Based ExecutionLead Agile POD teams to foster collaboration among product, engineering, and QA teams.Oversee technical deliverables as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for your POD, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Solution Design and ImplementationWork closely with Solution Architects to design scalable, maintainable solutions.Translate architectural designs into actionable development plans for the team.Mentorship and Team DevelopmentAct as a mentor to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.Promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the team.Execution and DeliveryOversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment.Resolve technical challenges, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and address bottlenecks in the development process.Implement automation and optimize workflows to enhance system performance and team productivity. Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Experience: Proven track record as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in an Agile environment.Technical Expertise:Programming: Java, Python, Angular, C++Databases: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL.Cloud: AWS (or equivalent platforms).Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.Experience in deploying AI models in production, including optimizing for performance and scalability.Understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques.Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and hyperparameter optimization.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and POD-based execution models.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable solutions. Preferred QualificationsExperience in AdTech, OOH (Out-of-Home) advertising, or e-commerce technology.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and project dashboards.Tech StackProgramming: Java, Python, C++Frontend: Angular, ReactDatabases: MongoDB, SQL, NoSQL.Cloud: AWS.
