Job Description

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding for IT roles (Developers, DevOps, QA, .Net, Angular, Database Developers, Customer Support, Inside sales etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing & Screening:

    Use various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media to identify and engage top tech talent.
  • Technical Assessment Coordination:

    Work with tech teams to coordinate coding tests, technical interviews, and evaluation processes.
  • Recruitment Tools:

    Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools to track candidates and streamline the recruitment workflow.
  • Employer Branding:

    Promote the companys culture and values during interactions with candidates to enhance employer branding.
  • Market Mapping:

    Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to proactively build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly dashboards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in

    IT recruitment

    (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of

    technical roles, skills, and current market trends

    in IT.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for tech roles (AI/ML, .Net Developer, Angular Developer, Software QA with ERP Testing exposure).
  • Certifications in Recruitment, Talent Management, or LinkedIn Recruiter will be an added advantage.
