Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust applications. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in coding and software design. ● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Python-based applications. ● Write clean, reusable, and efficient code. ● Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. ● Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and QA engineers. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. ● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. ● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ● 3+ years of professional experience in Python development. ● Strong understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. ● Experience with ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM). ● Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). ● Experience with RESTful API development and integration. ● Knowledge of unit testing and TDD practices. ● Proficiency in version control systems like Git. ● Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. ● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a bonus. Preferred Skills: ● Experience in microservices architecture. ● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. ● Understanding of asynchronous programming. ● Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka. ● Exposure to data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, etc. Soft Skills: ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. ● Ability to lead and mentor team members. ● Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
