We’re looking for a strategic Product Designer with 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end product design (Preferably Fintech) across diverse projects (web, mobile, SaaS, or physical/digital products). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, ideate solutions, and deliver impactful product experiences —balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Lead product discovery, conceptualization, and design execution for multiple client projects. Define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems —focusing on functionality, usability, and scalability . Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions. Work closely with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Present and justify design solutions with data-driven insights (not just aesthetics). Iterate on designs based on feedback, metrics, and evolving requirements . Requirements: 3-5 years of FINTECH product design experience (agency/consultancy background preferred). Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects (not just UI/UX screens). Strong skills in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems . Experience with user research, JTBD (Jobs-to-be-Done), or service design is a plus. Ability to think in systems , not just screens (e.g., workflows, edge cases). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to AI, IoT, or complex B2B products .
