What You’ll Do Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual content for brand identities, social media campaigns, and digital platforms. Work closely with the strategy and content teams to create brand systems that communicate personality, purpose, and vision. Design social media graphics, carousels, reels covers, and campaign visuals aligned with brand guidelines. Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts across various mediums. Contribute to moodboards, brand guides, and presentation decks. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setup. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, identity systems, and social media design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools. Excellent eye for typography, layout, and color theory. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to take feedback and iterate fast while maintaining design integrity. Passion for storytelling through design. Bonus Points Experience in motion graphics or basic animation. Familiarity with content planning and social media platforms.
