About the Role:

We’re looking for a Software Test Engineer with 3–8 years of experience who’s hands-on in both manual and automation testing.

You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure every release meets the highest quality standards—without slowing down delivery.

You’ll have the chance to work on web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and even AI-powered product features.

What You’ll Work On:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java (or Python), TestNG, and Cucumber (BDD)
• Automate functional, regression, UI, and smoke test cases across web and mobile platforms
• Conduct API testing using Postman and validate REST endpoints for performance and data integrity
• Execute performance testing using JMeter to detect bottlenecks and optimize scalability
• Perform manual testing when needed—covering functional, UI, integration, and exploratory scenarios
• Track, log, and drive defect resolution working closely with developers
• Contribute to test plan creation, estimation, and prioritization for sprints
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable deployments

• Gain exposure to testing AI-driven features and new product innovations in collaboration with our engineering teams

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3–8 years of experience in software testing with a solid mix of manual and automation testing
• Strong expertise in Selenium with Java or Python
• Hands-on experience with BDD tools like Cucumber and testing frameworks like TestNG
• Experience in API testing using Postman
• Exposure to performance testing using JMeter
• Familiarity with APM tools (like New Relic, Datadog, or similar) for performance monitoring is a plus
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous testing best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working in cross-functional, distributed teams

• Bonus: Experience with mobile automation testing (Android & iOS)
