Job Title: SOC Auditor Experience: 2 to 4 Years CTC Range: ₹5 to ₹9 LPA Key Responsibilities: Conduct SOC 1 and SOC 2 control testing (Type I and Type II reports) based on AICPA standards. Perform walkthroughs, design assessments, and operational effectiveness testing for internal controls over financial reporting (SOC 1) and trust service criteria (SOC 2). Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness using GRC tools such as Vanta, Drata, Sprinto , etc. Assist in the drafting and review of SOC reports, gap assessments, and remediation plans. Coordinate with client teams for evidence gathering, clarifications, and audit queries. Support ISO 27001 internal audits including control testing, compliance checklists, and alignment with Annex A controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify control gaps and suggest process improvements. Required Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of SOC 1/SOC 2 frameworks, Trust Service Criteria, and ITGCs. Hands-on experience with GRC platforms : Vanta, Drata, Sprinto, or equivalent. Exposure to ISO 27001 audits and information security management systems. Knowledge of basic cybersecurity, risk, and compliance terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. Soft Skills / Behavioral Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
