Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience : 4-6 years’ relevant ServiceNow experience in the IT software industry.

Mode : Contractual

Location: Hybrid model – Preferred from Noida / Delhi NCR

Requirements:

ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules, including ServiceNow ITSM and CSM.- ITSM must have and CSM optional

Experience of ServiceNow Now Assist is mandatory – Must have
Knowledge of Open AI Integration with ServiceNow ITSMPlatform Configuration: Configure and manage ServiceNow modules (ITSM & CSM), workflows, UI policies, business rules, and UI actions. – Must
Scripting: Write and modify scripts in JavaScript (both client and server-side), ServiceNow scripting languages (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Scripts, etc.), Open AI Integrations to automate processes.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, third-party applications) using SOAP, REST, and other web services APIs, other ITSM data and Open AI integrations
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring continuous service availability.
Security and Performance: Implement best practices to optimize the performance and security of ServiceNow environments. Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Provide knowledge transfer to other team members as needed.

Good-to-have Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.

• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, AppEngine and other ServiceNow development tools.

Leverage App Engine to build and automate custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management Database

(CMDB).

• Expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and platform setup.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow’s Update Sets and managing version control.

• Ability to mentor junior consultants or developers.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
