Job Description

ServiceNow GRC Consultant
We are a fast-growing technology services provider in the enterprise risk and compliance sector, delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for large banks, telecom, and manufacturing clients across India. Our on-site teams translate governance frameworks into automated, data-driven workflows that reduce audit fatigue, strengthen security posture, and accelerate regulatory readiness.Role & Responsibilities

Configure and extend ServiceNow GRC modules—Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk—for client-specific use cases.
Design data models, CMDB relationships, and automated workflows that map controls to risks, issues, and remediation tasks.
Integrate external data feeds (SIEM, ERP, third-party assessments) via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server connectors.
Run on-site workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and demo sprint deliverables.
Develop performance analytics dashboards and real-time compliance reporting for executive consumption.
Document solution architecture, test scripts, and knowledge articles while mentoring client admins on platform best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow GRC implementation experience.
Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and audit methodologies (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools and data sources via REST/SOAP.
ITIL Foundation and strong grasp of CMDB and configuration management.
Excellent stakeholder management and on-site client-facing communication skills.

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – GRC or Risk & Compliance.
Exposure to SecOps modules (IRM, Vulnerability Response).
Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and JIRA/ADO tooling.
