🚀 We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist at Unicommerce (Gurugram | Hybrid) Ready to own SEO across three of India’s fastest-growing ecommerce SaaS brands? Unicommerce is looking for an analytical, execution-focused SEO Specialist to boost the organic visibility of Unicommerce, Shipway, and Convertway — our power-packed product suite transforming digital retail in India. This is not your average SEO gig . You'll drive measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and qualified leads while collaborating with content, web, and demand-gen teams. If you're excited about data, scale, and impact — this one's for you. 🔍 About the Role As an SEO Specialist, you’ll: Own SEO execution end-to-end across 3 brands Drive both on-page & off-page SEO to increase keyword visibility and organic funnel contribution Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams Report directly on what matters — performance, rankings, and strategy This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility into business impact and plenty of room to grow. ✅ What You'll Do 🔧 On-Page SEO Audit & fix crawl/indexing issues, broken links, and metadata Optimize page structure: headers, schema markup, URLs, internal linking Improve Core Web Vitals and overall SEO hygiene Maintain keyword mapping and meta across sites 🔗 Off-Page SEO Build high-quality backlinks (DA 40+) via guest posts and outreach Monitor backlink health, disavow toxic links Partner with content team on link-worthy articles and assets 📊 Strategy & Reporting Keyword research + monthly keyword bank updates Weekly traffic and keyword reports (using GSC, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs) Competitive analysis and SEO briefs for the content team 🌟 You’re a Great Fit If You Have: 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B/SaaS preferred) Strong grip on technical SEO , keyword research, link building Working knowledge of GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs Basic understanding of HTML & CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) Bonus: Experience managing SEO across multiple brands 🎯 Success Metrics (Your KPIs) 85%+ SEO health score across all sites 15+ new Page 1 rankings /quarter (non-branded) 15–20% YoY growth in non-branded organic traffic 10–15 high DA backlinks/month Domain authority uplift of +3–4 across sites in 6 months 💼 Why Join Us?
