About the Role


Technical Recruiter

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and implement smart sourcing strategies to bring in the best talent across various technical functions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to closing—across a variety of technical positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and create tailored hiring strategies.
  • Source top-tier talent through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, developer forums, and referral networks.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and assess technical aptitude before advancing candidates through the funnel.
  • Ensure an engaging, candidate-friendly experience while representing our company culture and values.
  • Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and continuously improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire ratios.
  • Stay current on industry hiring trends, compensation standards, and in-demand tech stacks.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment

    within the software/tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and developer skillsets—especially full-stack roles (MERN).
  • Proficient with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles with tight timelines.
