Job Description

Lead the development of complex and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.
Architect and implement robust and scalable front-end solutions, considering performance, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and coding

standards.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability across various browsers and

devices.

Troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues and provide effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development,

particularly within the React.js ecosystem.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior React.js developers on the team.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation,

development, testing, and deployment.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Explore and evaluate new technologies and libraries to enhance our front-end capabilities.
Contribute to the development of reusable UI components and libraries.
Work with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API) effectively.
Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and other backend services.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web applications.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
7+ years of professional experience in front-end web development with a strong focus on

React.js.

Deep understanding of React.js fundamentals, including component lifecycle, state

management, hooks, and virtual DOM.

Extensive experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Solid understanding and practical experience with state management libraries such as Redux,

Zustand, or the Context API.

Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, Less) and CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g., Styled Components, Emotion).
Proven experience in building responsive and mobile-first web applications.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies for React.js applications (e.g., Jest,

Enzyme, React Testing Library).

Experience with build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Parcel).
Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

environment.

Experience working in agile development methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience with performance optimization techniques for React.js applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment processes.
Experience with GraphQL.
