Performance Test Analyst Experience: 5+ Years Location: Gurugram Time Zone: IST Employment Type: Full-Time Skill:- JMeter, Postman, REST APIs, Microservices & Serverless architectures, Frontend testing frameworks, Agile methodologies Job Responsibilities: Non-Functional Testing (NFT): Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter . Analyze and optimize performance test metrics and provide actionable data insights. Share key data points to help improve performance benchmarks and KPIs. API Testing: Perform functional and non-functional testing of REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. Ensure API reliability, response time efficiency, and scalability. Automation & Test Integration: Develop and execute automated test scripts for frontend , microservices , and serverless applications . Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and performance monitoring. Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive test plans , test cases , and test reports . Document performance test strategies and share findings with cross-functional teams. Collaboration & Agile Practices: Work closely with Developers, QA Engineers, and Product Owners in Agile/Scrum teams. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure testing coverage and quality delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance and automation testing. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with JMeter , Postman , and performance monitoring tools. Familiarity with Agile development practices and continuous integration environments.
