The finance controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all financial aspects of Taggd. This position will ensure the financial health of the organization by ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, strategic financial planning, and cost control. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, enhancing profitability, and providing actionable insights to business leaders. Job Role: To lead our talent acquisition strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment efforts for top-tier talent while building a strong employer brand. A key focus will be leveraging social media and community-building initiatives to create a robust candidate pool and enhance engagement. Job Requirements: 1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles across the organization. • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment processes and enhance effectiveness. 2. Recruitment Process Management: • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire. • Build and manage strong partnerships with external recruitment vendors and agencies. 3. Community Building & Employer Branding: • Lead initiatives to build a strong candidate community on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. • Develop engaging content to promote the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities. • Organize virtual and in-person events, webinars, and campaigns to strengthen employer branding. • Foster relationships with industry forums, universities, and professional communities to create talent pipelines. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration: • Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive recruitment strategy. • Provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress, challenges, and market trends. • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment expectations. 5. Team Leadership: • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals. • Promote a high-performance culture within the team through continuous learning and development initiatives. Professional Experience: • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in social media-driven recruitment strategies is a must. • Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including headhunting, social media recruiting, and talent pooling. • Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools. Qualifications: Full Time master’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
