THE POSITION

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Manager of Quality Engineering to lead and manage the quality assurance and engineering functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, process improvement, and leadership within the technology sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
  • Lead and manage the quality engineering team, ensuring efficient execution of quality initiatives and adherence to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality strategies, processes, and policies to ensure high-quality products and services across all stages of production.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee the design and execution of quality assurance tests, validation procedures, and product inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Operations, and Manufacturing) to ensure seamless integration of quality standards in product design, development, and production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis to optimize processes and eliminate defects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Manage quality audits and supplier quality evaluations to ensure that external partners and vendors meet quality requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Lead the resolution of complex quality issues, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Ability to ensure the adoption of best practices in testing, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Excellent knowledge of test management tools (JIRA , Azure DevOps, ALM etc.) and testing methods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and report on quality-related matters.
  • Experience with managing effective allocation of QA resources across multiple projects to meet deadlines and priorities.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $75,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
