Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT and technology landscape, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier technical talent. You will play a strategic role in scaling our tech teams by driving the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and team dynamics
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to improve process efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market intelligence, and competitor hiring practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT/technical hiring
  • Knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, cloud platforms, and software development processes
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certifications or coursework (e.g., understanding of IT Industry)
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
