Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of dedicated IT recruitment experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent sourcing skills, and a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from understanding client requirements to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding support.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, professional networking sites (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social media to identify and attract top IT talent.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

    Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Market Mapping & Research:

    Stay updated on IT industry trends, talent landscapes, and competitive intelligence to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Offer Management:

    Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiation and closing candidates.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Employer Branding:

    Contribute to building and promoting Brij HR Solution's employer brand in the IT recruitment market.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter within a recruitment agency or corporate setting.

  • In-depth understanding of various IT technologies, programming languages, frameworks, and roles (e.g., Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, QA Engineers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
