Senior Full Stack Developer

NextDimension is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core mission. We are a team of distinguished AI/ML Scientists and Engineers from Google, Amazon, and Snowflake, dedicated to building the next generation of AI Agents that empower Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). As part of this team, you will collaborate with talented engineers to deliver highly scalable backend services for our world-class, AI-powered platform.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and Implement: Architect, design, and implement the highly scalable backend services that power NextDimension’s AI agents and platform features.
• Optimize and Scale: Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of our AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solve Core LLM Challenges: Systematically address challenges inherent to working with large language models (e.g., high latency, output variance, security), fostering a defensive, fault-tolerant engineering mindset.
• Drive MLOps: Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models and services, implementing best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers, establishing and implementing best practices for software development and system design.
• Collaborate on Product: Translate product requirements into robust, scalable software architectures in close collaboration with product management, founders, and clients.

Who You Are

• Experienced Backend Engineer: You have 3+ years of strong software engineering skills in backend development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale.
• Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern backend web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or similar.
• Languages: Next.js, Python, Javascript.
• LLM & AI Proficiency: A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Langchain/LangGraph is highly valuable.
• Cloud & DevOps Native: Familiarity and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments.
• Systems Designer: You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics.
• Vibe Coder: Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc.
• Proven Leader: Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
