We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of AI-driven data conversion and code automation systems. This role focuses on designing intelligent data mapping, validation, and transformation solutions using advanced AI/ML techniques. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to develop scalable, production-grade data applications. The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills, hands-on experience in AI-based data transformation, and the ability to iterate fast in a high-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered applications for data conversion, mapping, and code automation
• Build scalable models to automate schema transformation, code generation, and data validation
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and solution architects to deliver robust data pipelines
• Integrate AI models into enterprise systems for data migration and transformation use cases
• Monitor, debug, and continuously improve the performance of AI-driven conversion systems
• Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies, frameworks, and architectural decisions
• Stay updated with evolving trends in AI, data science, and enterprise data architecture

Core Skill Set:

• Proficient in Python and SQL, with a strong foundation in AI/ML model development
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent
• Experience in AI-driven data mapping, code generation, and validation techniques
• Strong understanding of schema transformation, code parsing, and model-based automation
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases like SQL Server and MongoDB
• Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to data quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Financial Services domain or similar regulated industries
• Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Exposure to master data management (MDM), ETL processes, and data wrangling
• Familiarity with DevOps and project tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
• Working knowledge of Azure ML, Azure Synapse, Cognitive Services, or Databricks
• Prior experience delivering AI-based data solutions, such as code conversion or intelligent reconciliation pipelines
