We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python and machine learning to build scalable solutions and predictive models. The ideal candidate will have experience in data preprocessing, visualization, microservices, and modern AI frameworks. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large volumes of data to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Combine models using ensemble techniques
• Present data insights using visualization tools and techniques
• Propose solutions and strategies for business challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Qualification, Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in advanced Python programming
• Experience in scalable microservice architecture and development
• Solid understanding of API development, messaging queues, and asynchronous task management
• Basic DevOps skills and experience with Docker
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a small distributed team
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new Python frameworks
