This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or business development, particularly within the background verification or staffing industry. 🧭 Role Overview As a Senior Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. You will manage client accounts, address their needs, and drive long-term business growth. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand client requirements and objectives, and proactively provide solutions to meet their needs. Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition. Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client status and opportunities. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 5 years in client success, account management, or business development, preferably in the background verification or staffing industry. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
