The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Job Title: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Industry Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA Job Description: We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the recruitment or staffing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic acquisition of new accounts.
