Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, software solutions, or AI products. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services or AI-based solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or AI domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT/AI products, services, and their applications across industries.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in AI, ML, or Data Science product/service-based environments.
  • Understanding of RFP/RFI processes and solution selling.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, automation, or cloud technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
