Job Summary This Position is responsible for activities related to servicing of commercial loan transactions.Primarily handle the processing and servicing of loans related to Tax Payments, including Preparing New Loans, processing disbursements, analyzing escrows, Maintaining Borrower escrow accounts and other activities relating to Tax, all while adhering to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities To Process Various Loan servicing activities/inquiries/requests adhering to laid down procedures and ensuring that the established service standards are met. Assists in escrow analysis on all escrowed accounts within the guidelines Ensure all escrow items are remitted promptly before the delinquency date Setup Borrower account with the Tax Vendor Monitor non-escrowed accounts on Watchlist and ensure timely escalation. Adherence to the SLA’s – Productivity, Turn-around time and accuracy. Monitoring the Mailbox and act promptly without delay. Innovative approach to work and continuously identifies and implement Process improvements. Take part in testing phase of new enhancements to applications. Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals. Provide Subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals. Respond independently to complaints escalated at highest level. Provide Training and guidance to less experienced individuals and perform Quality assurance and approve the work of other staff. Audit Loan system of record, identify customer complaints and ensure compliance. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal Stakeholders. Receive direction from leaders. Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Required Qualifications University Masters/bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline. 3+ Years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training and education. Tax and Escrow Processing experience. Knowledge of all Mortgage and consumer lending, practices and regulations. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with candidates and hiring managers. Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic setting. Organizational and administrative skills that reflect attention to detail and the ability to prioritize amidst competing demands. Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency. Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy. Handling workload and special projects efficiently. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
