Role : CAD Developer Job Description We are seeking a CAD Developer with expertise in AutoCAD, .NET/VBA, Oracle PL/SQL, and AutoLISP programming to develop and optimize CAD automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in C# development and a strong background in database management using Oracle PL/SQL. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and automate AutoCAD functionalities using .NET/VBA and AutoLISP programming. Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL queries and stored procedures for CAD-related database operations. Build CAD automation tools and applications using C# to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Integrate CAD applications with databases to manage design files and project data. Debug, test, and maintain AutoCAD plug-ins and macros to enhance performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and software developers, to understand project requirements. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability while following best software development practices. Maintain technical documentation and provide training for internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Total Experience in CAD Development (Specify minimum years) Proficiency in AutoCAD customization and automation Strong programming skills in .NET (C#) and VBA Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL for database integration and data management Hands-on experience with AutoLISP programming for CAD automation Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience in integrating CAD software with external databases Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Preferred Skills Knowledge of Autodesk APIs for AutoCAD customization Experience in developing CAD applications for manufacturing, architecture, or engineering domains Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for additional automation tasks (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
