About the Role:

SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Consultant

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions, configuring O2C processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP O2C processes in

  SAP S/4HANA

  , including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, and Customer Master
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design and implement scalable solutions in line with best practices
• Manage incidents, enhancements, and provide day-to-day support
• Work with technical teams on custom developments and integrations
• Support testing (SIT, UAT), user training, and documentation
• Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and data migration activities
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 3 to 6 years of experience

  as an SAP SD/O2C Consultant

• Mandatory:

• Minimum one full-cycle end-to-end SAP implementation experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environment

• Strong understanding of the Order to Cash cycle (Sales, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management)
• Integration experience with modules like FI, MM, and WM
• Knowledge of standard S/4HANA Fiori Apps and Clean Core Strategy
• Basic understanding of IDocs, debugging, and data interfaces
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to global or multi-country SAP rollouts
• Familiarity with revenue recognition, credit/risk management
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager
• Knowledge of middleware or integration tools is a plus
