Job Summary:

Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  OmniStudio components

  including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Build responsive, reusable, and well-tested

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Write efficient and scalable

  Apex classes

  ,

  triggers

  , and

  batch processes

  as needed.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using

  APIs

  (REST/SOAP) and

  middleware

  tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, admins, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Salesforce solutions and performance.
• Ensure best practices and compliance with Salesforce governor limits and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

  Salesforce OmniStudio

  (Vlocity).
• FlexCards
• OmniScripts
• Integration Procedures
• DataRaptors (Turbo, Extract, Load, Transform)
• Proficient in

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Solid understanding of

  Apex

• Knowledge of
