Salesforce Omni Studio Developer

As a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer at Vedsphere, your main responsibility will be designing and developing scalable CRM solutions tailored to business needs on the Salesforce platform. You will be expected to have strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex programming. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Additionally, you will need to build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components, write efficient Apex classes and triggers, and integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools. Collaboration with Salesforce architects, admins, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions will be an essential part of your role. You will also be involved in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing Salesforce solutions for performance. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components development, and Apex programming. Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, external integrations, Salesforce DX, Version Control (Git), and CI/CD tools is required. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer (Vlocity Certified), Platform Developer I / II, and App Builder. Experience with Managed Packages, Salesforce Industries, Financial Services Cloud, and working with SMBs or Enterprise clients using Salesforce-based solutions will be advantageous. Soft skills like excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team will also be beneficial.
