Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional located in Gandhi Path Jaipur. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and providing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team, analyzing marketing performance, and optimizing strategies for better engagement and conversion rates.

• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and developing Marketing Strategy
• Sales and Customer Service experience
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in a similar role within the technology industry is a plus
