Job Description

Required Qualifications:
Must possess a minimum of 8 years of overall professional experience, including at least 6 years dedicated to Salesforce development, prototyping, and release management. Hands-on proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Force.com. Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite: Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, App Cloud, and Einstein. Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, AngularJS, CSS, Bootstrap. Integration experience using APIs (SOAP, REST), MuleSoft, and Single Sign-On platforms like OKTA. Skilled in system configuration: workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, flows, and Data Loader. Experience with metadata migration using Change Sets and tools like ANT, Salesforce Metadata API. Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools: GitHub, Azure DevOps Pipelines. Deep understanding of secure development practices, access management, and data security. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in end-to-end Salesforce application lifecycle implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Technical Architect) are highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise architecture. Own the technical architecture of Salesforce implementations, including integration, security, deployment, and release management. Drive the creation of application and technical design documents. Ensure solutions meet business expectations, with robust testing, performance monitoring, and security compliance. Conduct design sessions and effectively communicate technical options to stakeholders, including government clients. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams. Define system landscapes and identify gaps between current and desired states to deliver optimal solutions.
