Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and help elevate the performance of our salesforce. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip our sales team with the skills, tools, and knowledge to succeed in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and implement effective sales training programs, materials, and workshops.

l Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales hires and continuous training for existing staff.

l Coach and mentor sales team members through role-playing, one-on-ones, and feedback

l sessions.

l Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and adjust programs accordingly.

l Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to ensure training aligns with business

l goals and product updates.

l Create learning assessments, sales playbooks, guides, and other resources.

l Stay current with sales methodologies, market trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

l Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.

l Experience in sales training, sales enablement, or direct sales.

l Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

l Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.

l Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.

l Certification in training or sales (e.g., Certified Sales Trainer, Sandler, Challenger) is a plus
