The Sales Specialist will lead sales coordination efforts, focusing on data-driven decision-making, performance evaluation, and strategic collaboration to drive sales growth within the pharmaceutical distribution channel.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and loopholes; prepare and present reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Sales & Performance Reviews:

    Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and evaluate sales representatives’ performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Liaise with Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) agents, distributors, stockists, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Channel Management:

    Leverage experience in pharmaceutical distribution channels to optimize supply chain processes and enhance sales efficiency.



Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus
