Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect Engagement & Lead Generation
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow-up leads, and communicate with current or previous prospects to nurture relationships
  • Maintain and update client data and interactions in the CRM system Expertia.
  • Content Development & Digital Marketing
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts (text, graphics, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Write blog posts, website copy, property descriptions, email newsletters, and ad copy
  • Support visual content creation using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (image & video editing) UCLA | Career Center.
  • Market Research & Strategy Support
  • Conduct market research to monitor property trends, competitor activity, pricing benchmarks, and consumer insights for strategic input
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials, pitches, and sales decks
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track and report on lead responses, marketing campaign metrics, and engagement analytics
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement or opportunity ExpertiaExpertia.
  • Collaborative Participation
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings; offer ideas on content strategy and campaign execution Cornell Career ServicesExpertia.
  • Provide support during property showings, open houses, or sales events, as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong interest in real estate sales and digital marketing.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; comfort with phone calls and drafting content.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to Canva, Adobe Photoshop, video editing tools, or similar platforms is advantageous.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Could be initial outreach, follow-ups, setting appointments.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Blogging, captions, posts, photography/videos, ad copy.
  • Market Intelligence & Research: Understanding local real estate trends to inform strategy.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to track campaign performance and summarize insights.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Flexible, proactive, ready to support both marketing and sales operations.
