📋 Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
· Identify and acquire new clients in commercial, retail, and residential segments
· Pitch company’s civil & interior contracting services to architects, developers, corporates, and PMC firms
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to generate leads
· Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients
Sales Strategy & Revenue Targets
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals
· Monitor competitor activity and market trends
· Prepare and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reporting
Client Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
· Ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to handover
· Handle negotiations, contract closures, and follow-ups
Coordination with Internal Teams
· Work closely with the design, estimation, and execution teams for proposal submissions
· Coordinate with project managers for timely delivery and smooth execution
· Ensure accurate documentation and pricing as per project scope
Reporting & MIS
· Maintain client databases and lead trackers (CRM tools)
· Submit weekly sales reports and performance metrics to management
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate
· 6 months - 1 year of experience in B2B and B2C sales in interior fit-out or civil contracting industry
· Strong industry network with architects, PMCs, and developers in Mumbai
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal writing
· Target-oriented and self-motivated
