Job Summary:

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify potential leads through market research, networking, referrals, or partnerships
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Pitch company services to architects, project management consultants (PMCs), real estate developers, and corporates


2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and commercial negotiations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure timely closures


3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups and service coordination


4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain and update CRM systems
  • Work closely with the design and execution team for project alignment
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales (preferably interiors/real estate)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM tools
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at handling high-value clients
