Description
We are looking for a sales support executive to contribute to the achievement of sales by supporting the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and helping with maintaining good customer relationships. The sales coordinator's responsibilities includes-
Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including order processing, quotations, sales documentation, and contract management.
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Generate accurate sales reports and analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
Generate reports and Present on a weekly, monthly , quarterly and Annual basis.
Coordinate with the sales team for various reports (projections, sales, payment).
Maintain updated reports for projections, sales, payment, order status and for dispatch
Coordination with Sales/Production/Accounts/Dispatch (Logistics Team).
Regular payment and order follow-up with clients (as and when needed)
Generating Work order.
Analyze the drawings and designs received from client and deduce the measurements which will be utilized for
preparing quotations for clients.
Modify pallet designs based on the analysis to re-test and analyze until design meets specification requirements
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Sales Support:
Support the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Willingness to travel as and when needed in pan-India locations
Sales Administration:
Maintain sales databases, update customer records, and manage documentation related to sales activities.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales records and reports.
Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, providing them with administrative and operational support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for streamlining sales processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving customer satisfaction.
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall sales support effectiveness.
Other Skills required
Excellent negotiating and communication skills, including presentations, face-to-face communication
Should be able to communicate fluently in English and Hindi. Fluency in English in spoken as well as written form is an important asset which is required.
Should be good in Mathematics and be able to make quotations based on the design obtained from the client.
