**Job Title: Sales Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales operations and enhancing the efficiency of our sales efforts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong aptitude for technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Daily Sales Tracking:** Monitor and record daily sales activities to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - **Online Monitoring of Sales Team:** Oversee the performance of the sales team through various digital platforms. Provide real-time support and guidance to ensure sales targets are met. - **Coordinating with Field Sales Officers:** Act as a liaison between the sales team and management. Coordinate schedules, ensure resource availability, and facilitate communication to support field sales officers in achieving their targets. - **Daily Reporting Tracking in Software:** Utilize sales tracking software to compile daily reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and team progress. Ensure that all data is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner. - **Support Sales Initiatives:** Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the sales department. - **Collaboration and Communication:** Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with internal teams and stakeholders. Attend sales meetings and contribute to discussions regarding sales strategies and team performance. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales environment. - Proficient in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **What We Offer:** - A collaborative and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Competitive salary and benefits package.
