ory requirements. 🛠 Key Responsibilities 1.Record all day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and general ledger entries in Tally Prime. 2.Maintain cash books and petty cash and carry out monthly bank reconciliations. 3.Manage vendor and customer invoicing, including preparation of debit/credit notes, e-way bills, and follow up on outstanding payments. 4.Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS/TCS, PF/ESI, and other statutory returns and challans. 5.Reconcile vendor and customer statements monthly and resolve any discrepancies. 6.Generate and review key financial reports, including: oProfit & Loss Statement oBalance Sheet oCash Flow Statement oMIS reports and monthly closing entries 7.Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary schedules, documentation, and working closely with auditors. 8.Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to handle billing queries, payment clarifications, and ensure compliance with financial policies. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field (M.Com or MBA in Finance is preferred) 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
