Key Responsibilities 1. Support the sales team in pre-sales, proposal development, and client onboarding 2. Coordinate end-to-end sales operations including follow-ups, documentation, quotation, and MoU preparation 3. Act as the point of contact for clients during deal negotiation and conversion stages 4. Collaborate with presales, technical, and finance teams to deliver timely proposals and pricing structures 5. Maintain and track the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM; ensure data accuracy and performance insights 6. Prepare RFP/RFQ documentation and support tender participation 7. Assist in developing client-specific sales strategies and campaign follow-through 8. Maintain excellent communication with prospects and clients to ensure deal closure and relationship continuity ✅ Requirements Ø Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales coordination or inside sales roles in the IT infrastructure / technology industry Ø Strong knowledge of enterprise B2B sales processes and proposal/tender workflows Ø Proficient in Zoho CRM, MS Office/Google Workspace, and documentation tools Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ø High attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a collaborative approach Ø Experience in managing mid- to large-scale deal coordination preferred
