Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities 1. Renewal Management • Track and manage renewal timelines for assigned customer accounts. • Send renewal reminders, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures. • Maintain renewal pipeline and update CRM/systems with accurate status and documentation. 2. Customer Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Understand customer needs and address any objections or service concerns. • Educate customers on product benefits, features, and value propositions. 3. Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for seamless renewal processing. • Ensure all documentation, invoices, and contracts are complete and compliant. • Assist in preparing renewal reports and MIS for internal stakeholders. 4. Upselling & Cross-selling • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell based on usage patterns and customer needs. • Collaborate with sales teams for account expansion or product upgrade conversations. 5. Reporting & Compliance • Track renewal KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, and revenue impact. • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in CRM tools. • Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related field preferred). • 1–4 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or inside sales. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.
